Drink Water!

Being hydrated is critical to have your brain work properly. The brain is composed of 73% water! When your brain is thirsty you typically have recurrent thoughts that don’t allow you to be present. You might have unnecessary body aches, fatigue, lethargy, and either lack of hunger or overly hungry. When you are dehydrated and not present you are unable to give your full power and presence to the tasks at hand, to performing at your best, or are fully able enjoying life around you.

Be Present Now… in an Embodied Way

One way we know that we are embodying our own power is when we are present. Being present is critical to creating the life we want. Being present means that our mind is in this moment with the task at hand, that we are fully able to feel the sensations in our bodies and it’s messages, that we have awareness of the bigger picture as well as the details and we choose to be in this moment now…exactly as it is.
